We found this little piece of paradise on a last minute whim for Spring Break with our family of 4. What a beautiful, tranquil and wonderful private retreat. The beach is private, crystal clear water and the onsite Taco Bar serves a delicious menu for their guests. Thank you Zorba Team for sharing & creating this magical spot with us. Our daughters are ready to come back next year, and so are we! ☺️
Best vacation ever!
Wow, still basking in the afterglow of our trip to Zorba. We stayed in the penthouse. Waking up in the sun drenched apartment with amazing views of the ocean is forever etched in my mind!We really felt taken care of. The team at Zorba has thought of every detail to make an unforgettable experience!

We really got lucky with this place. When booking in Tulum (unless you’ve been there before) it’s quite a chore to figure out where the best location is. Needless to say, we really hit the jackpot here. It’s walking distance to everything you’ll want to be close to— the best restaurants, (the beachside location of course!) coffee shops, neighborhood taco places for the dress-down nights and walkable to the clubs without being too close and having to deal with the noise all night. Everything was super easy— Snow had cleaners come each day to take towels, refill water jugs, take trash etc. Don’t think twice. Just book it. We would definitely book this again next time we visit!
Definitely coming back!
I have to say my group of girlfriends never visit the same destination twice and we are coming back to Tulum next year and so much of this decision has to do with our magical stay at Zorba. We had the penthouse and other than a few other visitors below us we felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We felt very safe, secluded and it was an easy walk or taxi to restaurants. The staff was there when we needed them and helped secure transport to and from the airport and groceries which made it all very easy. Can't wait to return, it was the perfect relaxing vacation. Maybe next year we might even venture out to see a cenote but we were fully satisfied just staying right in the tulum beach area.
Perfection! Bachelorette Group in the Penthouse
This is my second time staying at the Zorba Beach Homes, and this time I brought multiple friends with me for a bachelorette group staying in the Penthouse of Villa 5. Its views of the ocean can't be beat, the service and kindness of the concierges, housekeepers, security and property managers cannot be beat, and the experience is a true 10 out of 10. The taco and breakfast shack has great drinks and snacks, the pool is refreshing and relaxing, the beds are comfy and clean, and the true Tulum experience is to be had on the beach at Zorba. Most beautiful strip of beach and ocean in the Riviera. Thank you for having us!
Amazing stay
Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Villas sind sehr zentral gelegen und viele bekannte Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strandabschnitt und der Sand ist ein Traum sowie der einmalige Sonnenuntergang.
The Penthouse is Heavenly
The penthouse is outstanding! Spectacular views both day and night! The property is very well designed for large groups, events, and is particularly well-maintained. This is an eco retreat more than a resort, so expect quiet, privacy, and peaceful lapping of waves to surround you. The yogi who conducted our classes next door at Dos Ciebas left us so relaxed and ready to spend the afternoons soaking up the sun. As others have noted, the guys at the Taco Stand on site are exceptionally skilled and use only the freshest of fruits and vegetables. Our family drinks only mocktails, and their Pina Coladas are the next best thing to getting caught in the rain!
Best service in tulum!
We had the best experience at Zorba! Miriam was very quick and responsive. The staff was wonderful and our villa was beautiful. The beach is only steps from our villa and we get an ocean view from the penthouse. It’s also in the perfect location so everything is walking distance or a short drive. Can’t wait to come back.
The most special property and best way to experience Tulum, Mexico
Zorba is larger than life in it's unparalleled beachside beauty. The property, the pool, outdoor space is absolutely breathtaking. This is the ultimate destination for a girls getaway, family trip or couples trip. It is so spacious and gorgeously designed. The property is owned by the most incredible family and Chablez is an absolute saint - the host manager - the rooftop is accessible to all guests and the most incredible spot to watch the sunset. I can't recommend this property enough.
