Perfecto! Beautiful beach villa right on the beach next to Nomade, Gitano, all the best spots. Fully stocked kitchen equipment, huge refrigerator, property is spectacular. Snow the host is one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with, so helpful and communicative. Definitely will be back.
Attention to detail on the landscaping and the accommodations was way beyond what I expected
Our stay at Zorba beachfront in Tulum was absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail on the landscaping and the accommodations was way beyond what I could’ve expected. The staff were so friendly and it is a perfect location to bask on the white sand, beaches and swim in the ocean waves. As well the privacy in your own home and furnishings are divine. A very comfortable bed as well. The taco bar was a super bonus. I didn’t really need to go very far from Paradise. I would definitely recommend it for a multi day stay.

Zorba is amazing!
We had an amazing stay at Zorba Tulum. They took excellent care of our entire group during our stay. We stayed in Villa 2, which was beautiful and fit us well. The taco shack they have on-site is amazing, especially the fish tacos. We used the airport shuttle service that Zorba recommended to get to and from the Tulum Airport during our trip, which worked great. We also did an excursion to Coba ruins and cenote which I would highly recommend, through an excursion company Zorba recommend. We also had a chef that Zorba recommended come to our Villa that last night and prepare an amazing meal.The location is about 1.5 km from the busiest part of the Tulum Beach area, but it still has plenty of good nearby restaurants.Our villa was right beside the hotel pool which was beautiful and clean and about 200 yards from the beach.They provided sea kayaks, standup paddle boards and we were able to find a boogie board to use on the beach for no extra cost.Our group absolutely loved Zorba and would recommend it to anybody!
Just Right
If you are looking for a resort experience this isn’t your place. This is an ideal property for those looking for just the right amount of disconnect. Property is laid out perfectly. Suites/rooms are well furnished. Allowing for privacy. Great for family of 4-6 or just couples. Host was always responsive. Highly recommend.
More than a Beautiful Dream
The villa exceeded our expectations and staff welcomed us and treated us like family. I would highly recommend this to any traveler to Tulum. Well appointed, beautiful home with imaginative architectural detail and a great private pool. This property is beautiful! It is exactly as it looks in photos, and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening. It was safe and quiet and a quick walk to the center of all the Mayan Riviera has to offer. We loved our stay!

Wonderful retreat for a week in the Yucatan
The beach house concept is ideal for families or groups. We had lazy breakfasts (some after a morning swim), then chose from many of the beachside eateries for lunch & dinner. The private pool and beach are great, with busier beaches a short walk away.
Better than we remember!
Our second stay at the Zorba properties (previous one was at Mahayana) - loved it more! The feel of the property is more modern, the staff is lovely, and the onsite "stand" for food is a great option for grabbing a bite while lounging at the beach. Got great recommendations for on-site massage and dining options from Chabely. Great option for family travel.
