Perfect Family-Friendly Stay in Tulum – Relaxing, Clean, and Welcoming!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zorba Tulum! We traveled with another couple who also have a toddler, and it was perfect for both families. We spent most of our days outside enjoying the beach &pool and didn’t need to plan much, everything felt effortless.The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and very clean, with minimal mosquitoes, which made our time even more enjoyable. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We also really loved connecting with other guests; everyone was so warm and welcoming.Another huge plus was the convenience of parking, with spots right in front of the hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay that we would happily repeat and highly recommend to anyone visiting Tulum!

We stayed in the 5-bedroom villa in Tulum and it was absolutely amazing! The property couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. We were celebrating a 40th birthday with friends, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The location was ideal—close enough to walk to the action (though we mostly took taxis), yet far enough away that we didn’t hear any noise from the late-night clubs.The private pool overlooking the beach was a dream, and the on-site taco shack was absolutely delicious. Chabely was incredibly sweet, attentive, and so helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. It was everything we wanted and more, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison était conforme à nos attentes, très propre et décorée avec goût . Nous avons pu profiter à plusieurs reprises des délicieux cocktails et tacos de la petite cabane sur place . Nous avons pu nous faire livrer nos courses juste avant notre arrivée, ce qui était très appréciable . Nous étions une famille de neuf personnes, la maison était juste parfaite pour que nous y séjournions il y avait de l’espace pour tous. Les enfants ont adoré la proximité de la plage. Le personnel était au petit soin et venait tous les matins pour faire le ménage . Le seul petit hic, c’est que la piscine est devenue trouble le deuxième jour et que nous n avons pas pu en profiter les jours suivants , mais la mer étant juste en face cela ne nous a pas posé de problème .
Fabulous group stay at Zorba!
We had the most fabulous 4-day stay at Zorba in Villa 5. This place is truly paradise - it's quiet, clean, so peaceful and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The little taco hut serves great breakfast, lunch, and drinks - it was so convenient to walk out our back porch and grab a bite or a cocktail. We utilized Zorba's transportation service to and from Tulum's new airport which worked out seamlessly and also booked their private chef service for our group of 9. The chef experience was so much fun and the food quality met our high expectations. Zorba is a hidden gem, being one of the only places you can rent a home on Tulum beach - highly, highly recommend. Can't wait to return!

Our family (6 people) stayed in Villa 5. We had 2 other families join us on the trip. One family (5) booked the 3rd floor (penthouse) of the same villa. The other family (5) stayed with us. Everyone was 18yrs of age plus. We loved Tulum and our stay at Zorba was excellent. Concierge (M&C) supported us in everything we asked. The villa and property ended up being better than we thought. The property size (intimate) and not being in a hotel environment is what we like. We felt safe and private. The amenities in the villa were all useful and covered the basics of what we needed. Well done to whomever developed Zorba. Casual elegance! Thank you.
More than a dream
The villa exceeded our expectations and staff welcomed us and treated us like family. I would highly recommend this to any traveler to Tulum.Well appointed, beautiful home with imaginative architectural detail and a great private pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea.This property is beautiful! It is exactly as it looks in photos, and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening. It was safe and quiet and a quick walk to the center of all the Mayan Riviera has to offer. We loved our stay!

Dream place
The best place to stay with family or friends definitely! This place is well located and the beach area is amazing, the spaces are beautiful, it makes you want to take pictures of everything! the rooms where very confortables! You can do kayak and paddle board as well! Can’t wait to come back!
