We stayed at this beautiful beach property in Tulum for my 50th birthday celebration with 30 friends, and it could not have been more perfect. The property itself is stunning — a collection of beautifully designed villas that feel very boho chic and warm. Every space was thoughtfully curated, blending elegance with the relaxed magic that makes Tulum so special. It felt private, spacious, and intimate all at once — exactly what we needed for a milestone celebration. The layout made it easy for our group to gather together while still allowing everyone their own comfortable retreat. Waking up steps from the beach each morning felt surreal and the sunsets are incredible. I have to mention the taco stand — EXCELLENT! It quickly became a favorite gathering spot for our group. Fresh, flavorful, and authentic, it added such a fun and unexpected highlight to the entire stay. Our guests are still talking about how special the property felt. If you’re looking for a stunning beachfront setting that combines design, comfort, and unforgettable atmosphere, this is it. It was the perfect backdrop for a celebration I will never forget!!
Wonderful Week on the Beach
Such an amazing spot to relax and celebrate our friends’ wedding! Beautiful villas right on the beach, with a yummy snack shack (get the fish tacos!). Perfect spot for groups! Our group rented all of the villas for a wedding, and it was the perfect spot to relax and hang out together. Chabely and her team are amazing!

We recently stayed at Zorba with a group of friends to celebrate a milestone birthday, Zorba exceeded all expectations, and the staff were amazing.The Food is delicious at the breakfast and taco bar!Clean+ Comfortable, the spaces are decorated beautifully, its on the Beach, steps from the ocean. The Location and setting are incredible with comfortable loungers on the beach to relax and read or take a nap, its a perfect spot to be on Tulum beach, its quiet, and there are amenities close by in walking distance to venture out and enjoy shopping and nightlife. Highly Recommend!
Our minds and hearts were blown open!
We were a group of 30 celebrating a dear friends 50th birthday. We had the entire gorgeous property to ourselves on the most stunning and quiet part of Tulum beach. Zorba helped plan incredible events the whole four days. Cacao ceremony, massage, treatments, rooftop yoga, fabulous dinners with an all female mariachi band surprising us with the most festive performance. The planner and staff are experts at creating authentic events that blew our minds that we'll hold forever in our hearts. The villas are likely the best you'll find. Oh and they have a taco bar that caters to guests that kept us all fed with delicious and healthy food. This is the best place for a couple or a big crew like ours. We cant wait to come back!
Unforgettable Friend | Family Reunion !
I recently returned from Zorba where a number of family and friends were able to come together and enjoy the best of Tulum together. Zorba is the best of both worlds with both self catered villas, a small restaurant/taco stand and the ability to have catered and unique events. The staff where amazingly helpful for logistics, activities catered events. I can't wait to go back!
Perfect Location on Tulum Beach
Zorba Tulum Beach Homes was the perfect spot for our getaway — and an unforgettable place to celebrate a birthday. It’s right on a gorgeous, swimmable stretch of beach on the quiet end of the strip, with great restaurants and yoga a fitness classes just a short walk away.The entire property is beautifully landscaped with lush tropical flora and fauna, giving it a serene, magical feel as you move from the beach to the pool to the villas. Every corner feels peaceful, vibrant, and connected to nature.The beach setup is amazing: sunny loungers for mid-morning tanning, and plenty of afternoon shade to relax, read a book, or nap after a swim. The pool area and boho chairs offer even more cozy spaces to unwind.Inside, the villa was super comfortable with lots of places to gather, large windows in each room with a fan over the bed, we don’t need to use the AC in November. A big kitchen table for meals or work, and a fully stocked kitchen with essentials. The rooftop is a dream for sunrise yoga or sunset views.The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with booking tours or treatments.Tips:• Wake up early for sunrise — it’s pure magic. Some mosquitos at dawn bring bug spray and wear long pants for sunrise. • Grab a few groceries for easy breakfasts so you can enjoy the beach front magic.• The on-site taco bar is perfect for lunch with a delicious food and drink menu.• No car needed — everything for amazing meals, yoga and fitness classes, or shopping is walkable. If your into more adventure rent an e-bike to venture farther.Beautiful, peaceful, lush, and full of Tulum charm. I can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨
Wonderful Stay for our Wedding
We had our wedding at Zorba and stayed four nights with friends & family, and it was a wonderful experience! The property and location are amazing of course, but the level of service provided by Snow, Chabely, Miriam, and the rest of the Zorba team was absolutely top notch. We were very well taken care of. If we had any issues (plumbing or AC for example) they were taken care of quickly. The grounds and villas were cleaned every morning. The on-site taco bar was super convenient and good quality. We can go on and on. Don’t even hesitate booking here. We would absolutely love to go back!
The best place ever!!!
We could not have asked for a better experience. We did a full property buyout for guests coming to our wedding. The experience was AMAZING top to bottom. The set-up was incredible with the pools, taco truck, rooftop, etc. The service was amazing - anything we needed or had questions about the team took care of immediately. The margaritas and tacos readily available were amazing. The staff cleaning up and taking care of the rooms were on top of it. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I loved every second of our stay here!!!
Beautiful and relaxing experience
Beautiful property and wonderful staff. We rented out the property for a wedding group and hosted a ~75 person welcome party; everyone had positive reviews. A great spot for having an exclusive beach, and communal areas. The location is perfectly situated away from the loud party scenes at night but still walkable to great spots to eat and drink. The area is well-shaded, the food from the taco shack was tasty, and the staff were super helpful and responsive.
Stop looking and stay here!
Zorba is the absolute BEST!! We recently did a buyout of the entire property for our wedding and everything was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful (thank you Chabely, Miriam, and Snow!) with all the details, all the Villas are superb, the food is great, its a quiet sanctuary away from the busier part of town, not to mention so beautiful. Everything was perfect and I wish we could do it all over again. We will definitely be back!Having Zorba as part of our wedding festivities was the best decision we made. If you are in search of somewhere to stay...STAY HERE! You won't regret it!
